The campus was originally designed by Wright and features a dozen Wright-designed structures. However, not all of the originally planned buildings were constructed prior his death in 1959. The Frank Lloyd Wright usonian is located in the Wright-designed development south of Galesburg known as The Acres. The Seller has been undertaking a professional "partial restoration" to the three bedroom, two bathroom house. Convenient access to I-94 makes the Eppstein House (and other homes in The Acres) especially attractive to non-local buyers.
